L1 Supervisor 1-2 years Chennai Full Time Any Degree Reports to: Security Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage deployed security guards at assigned client sites in Chennai

- Conduct daily attendance checks and maintain accurate attendance and duty roster records

- Ensure all security guards are in proper uniform, correctly posted, and following site-specific security protocols

- Conduct regular site visits during day and night shifts to verify guard performance and presence

- Be the first point of contact for client site managers regarding security guard performance and deployment

- Report guard performance issues, attendance irregularities, and security incidents to the Security Operations Executive

- Ensure all security guards follow access control, visitor management, and patrolling protocols at their sites

- Conduct site inductions for newly deployed security guards and verify their understanding of site requirements

- Maintain site-level documentation - attendance registers, incident reports, duty handover records





- Coordinate emergency coverage and guard replacements during absences and shift changes

Requirements

- Any degree from a recognised university

- 1-2 years of experience in security supervision or a related field

- Prior experience as a security guard or in a supervisory role in the security industry is an advantage

- Physical fitness and ability to conduct site visits across Chennai

- Good communication skills in Tamil - English communication is an advantage

- Strong sense of discipline, punctuality, and accountability

- Willingness to work flexible schedule including night shift visits

Nice to Have

- Prior experience working with a security services company in Chennai

- Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV operation, and security protocols

- Basic first aid knowledge
