L4 Officer 3-5 years Chennai Full Time No minimum qualification required Reports to: Security Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Lead security operations at an assigned large client site or across a portfolio of client sites in Chennai

- Manage and mentor Assistant Security Officers and Security Supervisors under your charge

- Ensure consistent professional security standards across all assigned sites and shifts

- Serve as the senior security point of contact for key client contacts at assigned sites

- Oversee access control, visitor management, patrolling, and incident response across assigned sites

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits of security operations

- Manage security personnel attendance, duty rosters, and deployment across assigned sites

- Handle serious security incidents, escalations, and emergencies with professionalism and urgency

- Prepare and submit security operations reports to the Security Operations Executive or Manager

- Coordinate with the Security Operations team on manpower requirements, replacements, and deployment

- Ensure all deployed security staff maintain valid documentation and comply with site-specific protocols

- Identify security gaps and recommend improvements to site security protocols

Requirements





- No minimum educational qualification required

- 3-5 years of progressive experience in security operations with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or officer role

- Proven ability to manage large security teams across complex or multiple client sites

- Solid knowledge of security protocols, incident management, and access control systems

- Excellent communication and leadership skills in Tamil and English

- Physical fitness and ability to conduct regular site visits and inspections

- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to security incidents at any time

Nice to Have

- Ex-serviceman or ex-police background is a strong advantage

- Prior experience as a Security Officer at a large hospital, IT park, hotel, or industrial facility

- Knowledge of Tamil Nadu Private Security Agencies Regulation Act and related compliance

- Familiarity with integrated security systems - CCTV, access control, alarm management
