Job Responsibilities

- Ensure the security and safety of the factory premises, employees, visitors, and company assets.

- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.

- Maintain visitor, vehicle, and material movement registers.

- Check incoming and outgoing materials as per company procedures.

- Conduct regular rounds/patrolling of the factory premises.

- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity.

- Ensure proper locking/unlocking of designated areas as instructed.

- Immediately report incidents, theft, damage, fire, or any security concern to the concerned supervisor.

- Support emergency and fire-safety procedures when required.

- Maintain discipline and follow all security protocols.

- Coordinate with management and other security personnel during shift changes.

- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a factory/manufacturing workplace.

- Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
