Position: Security Officer

We are looking for a professional, alert, disciplined, and experienced Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, visitors, and property.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a strong security presence, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to manage security operations professionally in a luxury hospitality and event environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor all entry and exit points and manage access control
- Conduct regular patrols of indoor, outdoor, parking, and restricted areas
- Oversee crowd and guest movement during events
- Verify identification and credentials wherever required
- Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns
- Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports and security records
- Ensure restricted areas are properly secured
- Coordinate with event teams, management, emergency services, and local authorities when required
- Support emergency evacuation and crisis-management procedures




- Ensure compliance with established security, safety, and emergency protocols
- Supervise and guide security guards when required
- Maintain a professional and guest-friendly approach at all times

Qualifications & Experience

Ex-Servicemen / Retired Army, Navy, or Air Force personnel will be preferred.

Candidates should have:

• Proven experience in physical security, access control, patrolling, and surveillance

• Strong knowledge of security procedures and emergency response

• Ability to handle crowd management and conflict situations calmly and professionally

- Basic first-aid and emergency-handling knowledge

• Experience in operating CCTV and other security/surveillance systems

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills

• Good observation, alertness, and situational-awareness abilities

• Ability to prepare incident reports, daily security reports, and other documentation

• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions during emergencies

• Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods

• Willingness to work adaptable shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on event requirements

- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, event venues, clubs, corporate facilities, or industrial security will be an advantage
- Relevant security training, certification, or licensing as applicable under local regulations will be an advantage

- Basic knowledge of fire safety, evacuation procedures, occupational safety, and emergency protocols
