Experience: 3-5 years of overall experience. 3+ years of relevant experience.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Identity Access Management, Directory Services, or Identity Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Working knowledge and practical experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow).
- Working knowledge of identity concepts such as:
- Authentication and authorization
- SSO
- MFA
- SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect
- Identity lifecycle management




- Access governance

- Ability to write and troubleshoot small automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python.
- Basic understanding of AWS and Microsoft Azure, including the ability to support Identity infrastructure and services running in cloud environments.
- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to independently investigate operational issues.
