Role Overview

Skillstride Academy is looking for an experienced SEO Executive who can take ownership of search visibility and performance for Skillstride Academy as well as its clients .

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console , along with a good understanding of other digital marketing activities.

The role requires someone who can independently plan, execute, monitor, and improve organic and paid search performance while closely coordinating with the IT and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute SEO activities for Skillstride Academy and its clients.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Work on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across search engines and AI-driven search platforms.
- Monitor website performance, rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other important SEO metrics.
- Use Google Search Console to monitor indexing, search performance, technical issues, and website visibility.
- Use Google Analytics to track user behaviour, traffic sources, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Plan, run, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for Skillstride Academy and its clients.
- Track Google Ads performance including clicks, conversions, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other relevant metrics.
- Coordinate with the IT team/person for technical SEO requirements, website changes, page speed improvements, schema implementation, tracking setup, redirects, indexing issues, and other SEO-related website tasks.
- Work with content and marketing team members to provide SEO recommendations for blogs, landing pages,



website pages, and campaigns.
- Prepare regular SEO and Google Ads performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, search trends, AI search developments, and new SEO practices.
- Provide ad-hoc support to other marketing team members whenever required.
- Support other digital marketing activities based on business requirements.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of practical SEO experience .
- Strong knowledge of:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Solid understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, link building, and competitor research.
- Good understanding of website structure, indexing, crawling, schema markup, redirects, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
- Ability to analyse data and convert insights into actionable SEO and advertising strategies.
- Good understanding of other digital marketing areas such as social media, content marketing, paid marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with IT, content, design, and marketing teams.
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.

- Comfortable managing both organic search and Google Ads .

- Proactive in identifying problems and suggesting improvements.

Work Timings
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
