Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Scrum Master at Infinite NXT.

The Scrum

Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring teams follow Scrum principles and practices.

Responsibilities include coaching development and product teams, removing impediments, supporting the creation and refinement of user stories, and helping maintain a clear and prioritized backlog. The role will also involve collaborating closely with stakeholders, promoting continuous improvement,



tracking team performance metrics, and encouraging a culture of transparency and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong Agile and Scrum skills, including experience with sprint planning and managing user stories.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret team metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional, remote teams.
- Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle; ability to partner closely with engineering teams.
- Relevant experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in technology or product-focused environments.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps) and techniques for backlog management.
- Professional certifications such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
