Company Description We are looking for a compassionate, student-focused School Counsellor cum Psychology Facilitator to support the emotional and psychological well-being of our students while fostering a healthy, inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual and group counselling to students, addressing academic, emotional, behavioural, and social concerns.
- Take Psychology classes for higher-level students, using engaging and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Conduct psychology-based activities and life-skills sessions for students.
- Identify students requiring additional support and coordinate with parents, teachers, and relevant professionals when needed.
- Facilitate workshops on mental health, emotional well-being, relationships, stress management, and related topics.




- Maintain appropriate counselling records while ensuring confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Contribute to creating a protected, supportive, and positive school culture.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology or a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in school counselling or teaching Psychology to adolescents is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, observation, teaching, and counselling skills.
- Empathy, discretion, and a student-centred approach are essential.
