Role Description The School Facility + Tech Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing daily facility operations and technology infrastructure for school environments managed by VISCO India. This role includes coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring safety and cleanliness of school premises, and supervising vendors and service providers to maintain high operational standards.

The position also involves managing classroom and administrative technology, monitoring hardware and software performance, and coordinating with IT support to ensure minimal downtime and reliable connectivity. The role requires regular inspections, documentation of facility and equipment status, and proactive planning for repairs, upgrades,



and resource allocation. Collaboration with school leadership, internal teams, and external partners is essential to maintain an efficient, compliant, and learner-friendly environment.

Qualifications

- Strong facility management capabilities, including oversight of maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination in an institutional or educational setting.
- Hands-on experience with basic IT and technology operations, such as hardware setup, network connectivity checks, classroom tech support, and coordination with central IT teams.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards relevant to school facilities, with the ability to implement and monitor related processes and documentation.
- Effective organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple operational tasks, schedules, and emergencies in a quick-paced environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills to work with school staff, service providers, and management, including reporting, documentation, and escalation of issues.
- Prior experience in property or facility operations, preferably in schools, campuses, or similar institutional real estate environments.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Gurugram, with a high level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Relevant education in facilities management, engineering, IT, or a related field is beneficial; professional certifications in facility or tech operations are a plus.
