We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented School Coordinator to promote our oral care products, particularly toothpaste, among school children through dental awareness and free dental check-up initiatives.

The School Coordinator will be responsible for developing relationships with dentists, orthodontists, schools, and educational institutions, coordinating free dental check-up camps, and ensuring effective distribution of toothpaste samples and promotional materials to participating students.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable with field work, and have the ability to build robust relationships with healthcare professionals and school authorities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with Dentists & Orthodontists

- Identify and establish relationships with dentists and orthodontists in the assigned territory.
- Meet with dental professionals and explain the company's school dental health initiative.
- Convince and coordinate with dentists/orthodontists to conduct free dental check-up camps for school students.
- Schedule and coordinate dental camps in consultation with dental professionals and schools.
- Maintain a database of participating dentists and orthodontists for future programs.
- Develop long-term professional relationships with dental practitioners.

2. Coordinate with Schools & Educational Institutions

- Identify schools and educational institutions suitable for conducting dental check-up camps.
- Meet with school principals, administrators, coordinators, and other relevant authorities.
- Present the benefits of conducting free dental check-up camps for students.
- Obtain necessary permissions and coordinate with schools for organizing the camps.
- Plan camp dates, student participation,



venue arrangements, and other logistical requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with school authorities to ensure smooth execution of programs.

3. Product Sampling & Brand Promotion

- Distribute free toothpaste sample packs, oral-care products, educational materials, and other promotional items to participating students, in accordance with company guidelines.
- Introduce and promote the company's toothpaste products in an appropriate and educational manner.
- Ensure that promotional activities are conducted professionally and in line with the company's brand standards.
- Create awareness among students about good oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental check-ups.

4. Dental Camp Execution

- Coordinate all activities before, during, and after dental camps.
- Ensure that dentists, school authorities, students, and company representatives are properly coordinated.
- Manage the distribution of samples and promotional materials at the camps.
- Ensure required promotional materials and supplies are available at each event.
- Collect relevant participation and activity data and submit reports to management.
- Gather feedback from schools and dental professionals to improve future programs.

5. Relationship Building & Business Development

- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, dentists, orthodontists, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Explore opportunities to expand the company's school outreach programs into new schools and territories.
- Identify potential partnerships and promotional opportunities within educational institutions.
- Maintain a regular follow-up schedule with schools and dental professionals for repeat camps and activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
