: Online SAT English Mentor (US Shift)

Position: Online SAT English / Reading & Writing Mentor

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Pay Scale: 550 1,000 per class (based on experience, qualifications, and performance)

Shift Timings: 2:30 AM to 7:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (5 mandatory hours/day) with 1 rotational weekday off

Target Audience: High School Students preparing for the Digital SAT (US & International)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly articulate, strategic, and result-oriented SAT English Mentor to train high school students for the Digital SAT Reading & Writing (R&W;) section. You will be responsible for conducting high-energy live online classes, teaching core verbal concepts, test-taking strategies, time management, and helping students achieve 700+ scores on the SAT verbal module.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Live Test Prep: Conduct engaging 1-on-1 and small group online sessions focusing on Digital SAT Reading and Writing modules.
- Curriculum & Strategy Training: Teach core test domains including Craft & Structure, Information & Ideas, Standard English Conventions, and Expression of Ideas.
- Pacing & Test Tactics: Train students in process-of-elimination techniques, passage mapping, grammar rules, and Digital SAT Bluebook application strategies.
- Score Improvement & Tracking: Evaluate diagnostic test results, analyze student performance metrics, identify weak areas,



and create personalized improvement plans.
- Parental & Student Feedback: Conduct periodic progress reviews with students and provide detailed academic reports to parents.

Key Requirements

- SAT Knowledge: Strong expertise in the Digital SAT Reading & Writing format, question types, scoring rubrics, and official College Board materials.
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience mentoring high school students for SAT Verbal, ACT English/Reading, or similar standardized tests.
- Track Record: Proven history of helping students achieve significant score leaps (e.g., 700+ out of 800 in SAT R&W;).
- Communication Skills: Near-native fluency in English with transparent pronunciation, excellent command over grammar, and exceptional vocabulary.
- Shift Availability: Mandatory availability for the early morning 2:30 AM to 7:30 AM IST shift.

- High-speed broadband internet (minimum 50 Mbps).
- Desktop/Laptop with HD camera, clear headset microphone, and quiet workspace.
- Uninterrupted power backup.
