Key Responsibilities

Job Summary The SAP Trainee will support the implementation, maintenance, and daily operations of the SAP system within the organization. The role involves assisting different departments in using SAP modules, maintaining data accuracy, generating reports, and learning SAP business processes under the guidance of senior SAP users or consultants.

Qualification : Any graduate having knowledge of SAP Business one / SAP Module

Key Responsibilities

- SAP System Support

- Assist in day-to-day SAP operations across various modules such as MM (Material Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales &
- Distribution), and FI (Finance).

- Provide support to users in resolving basic SAP issues and queries.

- Ensure proper system usage and adherence to company procedures.

- Data Entry &

- Data Management

- Maintain and update master data such as materials, vendors, customers, and BOMs.





- Perform data entry and validation in SAP to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Reporting &

- Documentation

- Generate reports related to inventory, production, procurement, and sales from SAP.

- Maintain documentation of SAP processes and user manuals.

- Assist in preparing MIS reports for management.

- User Coordination

- Coordinate with different departments such as production, stores, purchase, finance, and sales for SAP-related activities.

- Assist in training users on basic SAP transactions.

- SAP Implementation Support

- Support SAP implementation or system upgrades by assisting consultants and internal teams.

- Participate in system testing and data validation during upgrades or changes.

- Process Learning &

- Improvement

- Learn business processes and SAP workflows.

- Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and system efficiency.
