? About the Opportunity

FirstCron is looking for a robust SAP SuccessFactors Technical Resource with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM and data migration. The primary requirement is to support the migration of HCM data from SAP SuccessFactors to Oracle Fusion HCM.

?️ Key Responsibilities

✅ Data migration from SAP SuccessFactors → Oracle Fusion HCM

✅ Extract, transform, map, validate, and migrate HCM data

✅ Work with Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management and other SuccessFactors data

✅ Perform data mapping between SuccessFactors and Oracle Fusion HCM

✅ Support data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution

✅ Troubleshoot technical and data migration issues





✅ Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout the migration process

? Required Skills

? Strong technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors

? Strong understanding of SuccessFactors HCM data and architecture

? Hands-on experience with Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.

? Strong experience in data migration and data mapping

? Experience with SuccessFactors to Oracle Fusion HCM migration/integration is highly preferred

? Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

? Good communication and collaboration skills
