Colleve is currently hiring experienced SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM professionals in India for multiple client engagements. We currently have 4 immediate openings across SuccessFactors, SuccessFactors Integrations, and SAP HCM–Dayforce Integration.

In addition to these immediate requirements, Colleve continuously receives requirements across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and HR Technology . Current Openings

1. SAP SuccessFactors BSA Lead – 2 Positions

We are looking for experienced SuccessFactors professionals with strong functional and business-analysis capabilities.

Key skills and experience

• SAP SuccessFactors, preferably Employee Central

- Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle and Core HR processes
- Business requirements gathering and documentation
- Functional specifications and process flows
- Fit-gap / gap analysis
- Data extraction, cleansing and mapping
- Data migration experience
- Test-case design/documentation and testing coordination
- Experience working with global HR, Payroll and IT teams
- HR transformation/program experience is advantageous

• Exposure to Workday and Workday-to-SuccessFactors migration/gap analysis would be an advantage

2. SAP SuccessFactors BSA Integration Lead – 1 Position

We are looking for a SuccessFactors professional with strong integration, data and testing experience.

Key skills and experience

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- HR master-data integrations with downstream systems such as Payroll, Benefits and Finance
- Data mapping, migration and validation
- Creation and validation of test data
- End-to-end integration testing
- SIT, UAT and regression testing




- Functional specifications and integration documentation
- Fit-gap analysis and process flows
- SuccessFactors Reporting
- SAP CPI and/or Dell Boomi integration exposure
- Azure exposure is advantageous
- Strong understanding of Hire, Rehire, Termination, Country Transfer, Leave of Absence, Return from Leave and Global Assignment processes

3. SAP HCM – Dayforce Integration Functional Consultant – 1 Position

We are looking for a strong SAP HCM Functional Consultant who understands HR data, employee lifecycle processes and integration mapping.

Key skills and experience

- Robust SAP HCM functional knowledge
- HR master-data structures and employee lifecycle processes
- Data mapping between SAP HCM and downstream HR systems
- Ability to identify and resolve functional mapping gaps
- Troubleshooting integration/data issues
- Strong understanding of termination and other employee lifecycle events
- Experience supporting HR system migrations or integrations
- Ability to work effectively with technical/ABAP/integration teams
- Dayforce experience is highly desirable

Engagement Details

SuccessFactors roles: 12-month engagement

SAP HCM–Dayforce role: 3–6 months

Location: India – Remote
