Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA Payroll Replication Specialist to design, configure, test and support EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll replication.

Key Responsibilities

- Support EC to SAP HCM/S/4HANA Payroll replication.
- Configure and validate personal, employment, organizational, compensation, time and payroll data.
- Map EC data to SAP HCM/S/4HANA structures, including infotypes, personnel actions, wage types, org objects and cost centers.
- Configure/monitor SAP Integration Suite/CPI integrations.
- Implement/update BADIs and S/4HANA enhancements.
- Troubleshoot replication errors, interface failures and data inconsistencies.
- Perform root-cause analysis across EC, middleware and Payroll.
- Support payroll integration with Time, Benefits, Finance, Banks and third-party systems.
- Lead unit,



integration, regression, UAT and payroll validation testing.
- Prepare functional specifications, mapping documents and test scenarios.
- Support production incidents and data reconciliation.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM/S/4HANA Payroll.
- Hands-on EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll replication experience.
- Strong knowledge of EC data model, effective-dated transactions, business rules and workflows.
- SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Infotypes, Personnel Actions and Organizational Management.
- SAP Integration Suite/CPI or similar SAP integration tools.
- Robust hands-on SAP ABAP coding for BADI implementation/enhancements.
- Experience troubleshooting replication queues, middleware messages and payroll master-data errors.
- Strong employee lifecycle and payroll integration knowledge.
