We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled SAP S/4HANA GRC & Security Professional / Trainer with 15+ years of solid SAP experience to deliver advanced, practical and implementation-oriented training.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working on SAP S/4HANA Security, SAP GRC and authorization concepts, along with proven exposure to end-to-end Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.

This role is best suited for an experienced SAP Consultant who can bring real-world implementation knowledge into the training environment rather than delivering only theoretical or end-user-level content.

Role & responsibilities

- Deliver advanced SAP S/4HANA Security and GRC training through live online sessions.
- Provide practical, consultant-level knowledge based on real-world implementation experience.
- Explain SAP S/4HANA Security Architecture, Roles, Authorizations and User Administration.
- Cover PFCG Role Design, Role Maintenance and Authorization Objects.
- Explain Fiori Security, Fiori Launchpad Security and Catalog/Group/Space/Page concepts.
- Cover SAP S/4HANA User & Identity Management and security best practices.
- Provide hands-on understanding of SAP GRC Access Control.
- Cover Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Business Role Management (BRM) and related GRC processes.
- Explain Segregation of Duties (SoD), Critical Access and Risk Analysis/Remediation.




- Cover Emergency Access Management (EAM / Firefighter) and practical scenarios.
- Explain GRC integration with SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Cover workflow configuration, approval processes and troubleshooting.
- Explain authorization concepts across relevant SAP S/4HANA business processes/modules.
- Demonstrate security considerations for Greenfield and Brownfield S/4HANA implementations.
- Share real project scenarios, implementation challenges, troubleshooting approaches and best practices.
- Conduct practical exercises, configuration demonstrations and implementation-based case studies.
- Guide learners on production support, security issue analysis, role troubleshooting and audit requirements.
- Help learners understand the responsibilities and deliverables of an SAP S/4HANA GRC & Security Consultant.
