Job Title: SAP PM Lead Consultant with PS Knowledge

We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Lead Consultant with strong SAP PS knowledge to lead functional activities across SAP implementation and support engagements.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 9+ years of SAP PM/PS experience.
- At least 3 full end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Mandatory: Minimum 1 E2E implementation in the Construction Industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project Systems (PS).
- Experience in plant/equipment management, heavy equipment/fleet maintenance, site assets and construction project execution is highly preferred.

SAP PM Expertise
- Technical Objects, Equipment and Functional Locations.
- Maintenance Notifications and Work Orders.
- Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Plans.
- Measuring Points and Measurement Documents.
- Refurbishment processes and Maintenance Costing.
- Integration with MM, FI/CO and PS.

SAP PS Expertise




- Project Definitions, WBS, Networks, Activities and Milestones.
- Project Planning, Budgeting, Availability Control and Settlement.
- Project Progress Tracking and Project Cost Management.
- Integration of PS with MM, PM, FI/CO and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, workshops and cross-functional discussions.
- Drive solution design, configuration and functional specifications.
- Coordinate integration, testing, data migration and cutover activities.
- Provide production support, issue resolution and hypercare.
- Act as the functional lead and work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
