ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant with 5+ years of SAP HCM/S/4HANA Payroll experience and strong expertise in Concurrent Employment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Configure and support S/4HANA Concurrent Employment solutions.
- Work on primary/secondary assignments, multiple PERNRs and Central Person relationships.
- Configure and troubleshoot EC to S/4HANA replication using Point-to-Point and Compound Employee API.
- Support payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll processing, tax, perks and deductions.
- Troubleshoot payroll, master data and integration issues.
- Support Benefits, Time,



Identity, Banking and third-party integrations.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and test scripts.
- Lead unit, integration, parallel, regression and UAT testing.
- Support transports, deployment, change management and CCB activities.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Integration and Security teams.
