We are looking for an SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant to manage and improve our HR systems. You will work closely with our HR team to configure the software, solve system issues, and make sure our payroll, time tracking, and employee data run smoothly.
- Set up and update SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems to match company needs.
- Fix system errors and help HR team members when they face technical problems.
- Test the system during regular updates to ensure nothing breaks.
- Write simple guides and train employees on how to use the HR platform.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
