SAP leader will drive SAP as the core enterprise platform for project execution, finance, procurement, billing, and management reporting. The incumbent will ensure SAP becomes the single source of correct information across all projects and HO functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise-wide SAP strategy, governance and digital transformation across the organization.
- Drive SAP rollout, adoption and real-time updating across all project sites and corporate functions.
- Ensure end-to-end integration of key SAP modules: PS, MM, SD, FI/CO for EPC project lifecycle management.
- Enable real-time dashboards and MIS reporting for management reviews covering cost, progress, billing, cash flow and receivables.
- Standardize EPC processes in SAP for procurement, subcontracting, inventory, execution monitoring and invoicing.
- Manage SAP teams, consultants, implementation partners and support operations with clear accountability.




- Ensure strong system controls, data accuracy, compliance, audit readiness and role-based access management.
- Conduct training and change management to improve SAP discipline across sites and departments.

Candidate Profile

- 15–20+ years of experience with at least 8–10 years in SAP leadership roles in EPC/project-based organizations.
- Robust understanding of project costing, billing, contract management, and multi-location execution.
- Proven ability to drive organization-wide SAP adoption and business transformation.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration and analytics tools will be an advantage.

Candidates from leading EPC/infrastructure organizations will be preferred.
