Job DescriptionSenior SAP FICO Specialist

NWe're looking for a Senior SAP FICO Specialist to join a rapid-growing Financial Systems team, driving SAP finance transformation across S/4HANA. You'll design solutions for new initiatives, optimize existing SAP finance functionality, and partner with business and IT teams to translate finance processes into scalable SAP solutions.

- Own end-to-end design and delivery of FICO solutions — from planning and configuration to testing, go-live, and hypercare

- Develop solution designdocuments, functional specs, and configuration rationale
N
- Partner with business owners and digital teams to identify improvement opportunities and propose solution designs
N
- Support integration of SAP FI with legacy systems and external interfaces
N
- Train key users and provide day-to-day support and incident resolution
N
- Contribute to improvingproject delivery and development methodologies
N

- Deep hands-on experience with SAP Finance core setup: Enterprise Structure, Global Organisation, Chart of Accounts, Controlling Area, Operating Concern (CO-PA), Company Code

- Expert configuration ofLedgers, Currencies, Segments, Fiscal Year/Posting Period variants

- Strong experience with Master Data & Hierarchies:



Cost Center/Profit Center Hierarchies, Internal Order Types, Account Groups
N
- Fixed Assets configuration: Chart of Depreciation, Depreciation Areas, Asset Classes
N
- Deep expertise across GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting
N
- Treasury & Banking: Bank Communication Management (BCM), Intercompany Accounting
N
- Advanced Controlling / CO-PA knowledge for financial reporting and business insight
N
- Proficiency mapping business processes across both ECC and S/4HANA
N
- Strong knowledge of integrating SAP FI with legacy and external systems, including FI-GL and payment gateway data mapping
N
- Fluent English, strong stakeholder management and presentation skills

- FICA / BRIM (Convergent Invoicing) experience — ideally a full-cycle implementation (greenfield or brownfield)
