We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with 6+ years of experience in implementation, configuration, integration, and support.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Robust expertise in Employee Data, Foundation Objects, MDF, Workflows, Business Rules, RBP, and Position Management.

Handle data migration, integrations, testing, UAT, and production support.

Work on integrations with SAP HCM/ECP and other SuccessFactors modules.

Gather business requirements and provide effective functional solutions.

Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.

Troubleshoot issues and support SuccessFactors quarterly releases.

Collaborate with HR/business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills

6+ years of relevant SAP SuccessFactors EC experience.

Strong HR/HCM process knowledge.

Hands-on experience in EC configuration and integration.

Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is mandatory/preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
