Job Title: SAP BASIS

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM/PP Consultant with a Mechanical Engineering background and hands-on experience in mining equipment or industrial manufacturing sectors. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge in SAP MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules along with end-user support and business process handling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Configure SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management) and PP (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, MRP) modules based on business requirements.
2. Create and maintain accurate Master Data including Material Master, Vendor Master, BOMs, Work Centers, and Routings.
3. Provide L2/L3 support for SAP incidents and analyze root causes for MIGO, MIRO, and Production Order related issues.
4. Execute procurement processes including PR to PO creation, Release Strategies, and Invoice Verification.
5. Manage Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), stock transfers, and production-related inventory transactions using MIGO.
6. Perform inventory physical checks, reconciliation, and PP/MM period closing activities.
7. Handle Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders,



Goods Receipt/Issue processes, and Inventory Management activities.
8. Perform troubleshooting and support for end-user transactions and production support (Hyper-care activities).
9. Manage MRR, DC, invoice cancellations, and production/work order corrections.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in SAP MM/PP
- Experience in Mining Equipment, Crusher Manufacturing, Heavy Machinery, or Industrial Manufacturing sectors preferred
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of procurement, inventory, and production processes
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and support manufacturing operations effectively
