Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the SAP Basis team in providing technical support for SAP ECC, BW, HANA systems.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues related to SAP Basis configuration, data migration, and system integration.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Basis procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in SAP Basis administration with expertise in ECC, BW, HANA technologies.
- Solid knowledge of performance tuning techniques using various tools such as SQL profilers etc. .
- Experience in leading a team of junior engineers in delivering projects on time within budget constraints.
