Job Purpose

Job responsibility to increase productivity and quality in sandblasting process.

Responsibilities:

· Sand blasting machine 4 bed sieves cleaning while starting the machine.

· Sand blasting machine 2 Inlet sieves cleaning while starting the machine

· Sand leveling at sand tub while starting the machine.

· Sand blasting machine Inlet pipes Cleaning

· Use proper PPE (Goggles, hand gloves, ear plug, nose mask, safety shoe, Safety Helmet) while using the sand blasting machine.

· Sand charging.

· Visual inspection of received material for scratches, dents, lines, damage sand blasting operations

· Operation of Sand blasting as per the instruction of supervisor

· Material lifting while using crane for sand blasting operation

· Ensure required speed for critical material and inform same to shift supervisor.





· Adhere and follow the SOP given for sand blasting operation

· Proper stacking of material after doing sand blasting

· Follow 3s (Shine, Set in order, short) and safety norms to avoid accident.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
