Role Description The Salon Manager at MYKA RETAIL is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, including managing appointments, supervising salon staff, and ensuring high standards of service and hygiene.

Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates with suppliers, and maintains salon equipment to support smooth, productive service delivery. The role involves leading and coaching team members, handling customer queries and feedback, and implementing company policies and promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Professional knowledge and practical experience in cosmetology and hair care.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to address customer needs and resolve concerns effectively.
- Experience in hiring, training, and supervising salon or retail staff, with a focus on team development.
- Ability to manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology or a related field is preferred.

- Comfort working with basic computer systems and point-of-sale tools for billing and reporting.
