About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the testing and validation of Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive testing strategies. Your expertise will be instrumental in validating configurations, customizations, integrations, and end-to-end workflows across various Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, leverage automation tools, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions within a leading organization.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce testing and validation,



with a strong background in Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, Lightning components, and integrations. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with at least 15 years of full-time education including 10th, 12th, and graduation.

Proven experience in creating detailed test plans, executing test cases, and tracking defects using defect management tools is essential. Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively within a collaborative team environment are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive testing activities including functional, regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce applications to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Apex classes, Lightning components, Flows, and integrations to confirm they align with business requirements and technical specifications.

Develop and execute detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases, documenting outcomes and ensuring traceability to business needs.

Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution and quality assurance.





Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems utilizing REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and process flow.

Conduct end-to-end testing across various Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications to verify overall system integrity.

Support automation testing initiatives by leveraging tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
