Key Responsibilities• Provide overall technical leadership for Salesforce QA automation solutions.

- Review and enhance existing Tosca automation frameworks based on project requirements.
- Define automation standards, best practices, and strategies for reusable components.
- Review automation architecture, design, and implementation quality.
- Support complex automation scenarios and provide guidance for issue resolution.
- Drive solution handover, documentation, and knowledge-transfer activities.
- Work closely with Agile teams and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, demos, and technical status communication.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early and drive appropriate mitigation plans.
- Remove technical blockers impacting automation delivery.
- Track progress across sprints/releases and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate across multiple teams to manage technical dependencies.




- Support resource planning and forecasting based on project requirements.

Mandatory Skills

- 10–12+ years of experience in QA Automation / Test Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca
- Robust understanding of Salesforce platform and Salesforce automation
- Experience in Tosca architecture / solution design / framework design
- Strong knowledge of automation best practices and reusable framework development
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with risk, issue, dependency, and delivery management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA processes

Good to Have

- Experience with additional automation tools/frameworks
- Experience with project management and Agile tools
- Tosca/Salesforce certifications
- Scrum Master / PMI-ACP or other Agile certifications
- Experience working across multiple teams/projects
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD and up-to-date QA automation practices
