Job Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Operations Engineer focuses on the stability, scalability, performance, and release operations of the Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for environment management, deployment automation, monitoring, and operational governance, working closely with development, architecture, and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own Salesforce setting strategy including sandboxes, refreshes, and production readiness.
- Manage and support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and source-driven development.
- Coordinate Salesforce releases, hotfixes, and rollback strategies across teams.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and limits; proactively identify and resolve operational
- risks.
- Support integration operations with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, APIs, and event-driven
- architectures.
- Implement and maintain operational controls, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
- Enforce platform governance, change management, and release standards.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across Salesforce, integrations, and downstream
- systems.
- Collaborate with security, architecture, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and
- resiliency.

Job Requirements:

- 4-6+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with a focus on operations, DevOps, or platform engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce deployment models, metadata, and environment management.
- Experience supporting CI/CD tools and version control in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and MuleSoft operational concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.

Certifications (Preferred)





- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce DevOps Center or DevOps-related certifications
- MuleSoft fundamentals certification (a plus)
