We need a Salesforce developer with Qualtrics and Medallia experience.

Key Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Qualtrics Survey Platform implementation and administration.
- Solid experience integrating Qualtrics surveys with Salesforce .
- Experience working with Medallia and integrating customer feedback data between Salesforce and Medallia.
- Good understanding of Customer Experience (CX), Voice of Customer (VoC), NPS, CSAT , and survey management programs.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM , reporting, workflows, and data integrations.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and data mapping .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and deploy Qualtrics survey solutions.
- Implement and support integrations between Qualtrics, Salesforce, and Medallia .
- Manage survey workflows, automated feedback collection, and customer experience programs.
- Analyze survey data and provide actionable business insights.
- Troubleshoot integration and data synchronization issues.
