Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise across Salesforce Field Service (FSL), Experience Cloud/Community Portal, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on integration experience with SAP, robust custom development capabilities, and the ability to handle large-scale data operations, optimization, and system enhancements following Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development Customization

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across:
- Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud / Community Portal
- Develop and customize:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Apex Classes Triggers
- Batch Apex
- Scheduled Apex Jobs
- Flows and Automation Processes

Integration System Connectivity

- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and SAP systems using APIs, middleware, and integration best practices.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure seamless system communication.

Data Management Optimization

- Perform data management activities including:
- Data uploads and migrations
- Data cleansing and correction
- Data extraction and reporting
- SOQL querying and large data handling
- Analyze existing implementations and recommend improvements for:
- Performance optimization
- Scalability
- Maintainability
- Security and governance compliance

Collaboration Support

- Troubleshoot production issues, data inconsistencies, and system defects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams,



and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure all developments adhere to Salesforce coding standards and industry best practices.

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
- Expertise in:
- Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud / Community Portal

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Batch Apex Scheduled Apex
- Salesforce APIs Integrations
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with SAP.
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce data model
- Security model
- Sharing mechanisms

Data Problem Solving

- Experience handling large datasets, data migration, and data correction activities.
- Ability to query, analyze, and download data for business and operational needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to suggest enhancements and modernization opportunities in existing implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies is an added advantage.
