This role contributes to client Salesforce consulting and delivery, working with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement, improve and support enterprise applications.

Role purpose

Teceze is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build maintainable applications, user interfaces and integrations for client Salesforce environments. You will use Apex, Lightning Web Components and declarative automation appropriately, deliver tested changes through controlled releases, and work closely with consultants and architects to solve practical business problems.

Key responsibilities

- Translate accepted user stories and technical designs into reliable Salesforce features, clarifying edge cases and dependencies before implementation.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers and asynchronous processing with bulk-safe logic, appropriate transaction handling and awareness of governor limits.
- Build responsive Lightning Web Components using JavaScript, HTML and CSS, with accessible interactions and clear validation and error messages.
- Configure or extend Flow and standard platform capabilities when they provide a maintainable solution; avoid unnecessary custom development.
- Develop secure integrations and callouts, using appropriate authentication, named credentials, error handling and testable interfaces.
- Apply record-level access, sharing and object and field permission controls in server-side and client-side functionality.
- Create meaningful automated tests covering business outcomes, bulk processing, negative paths and permissions; participate in peer code reviews.
- Use Git,



Salesforce development tooling and CI/CD to package changes, manage dependencies and support repeatable deployments.
- Diagnose defects and performance issues through logs and controlled testing; correct root causes and add regression coverage.
- Document technical decisions and operating considerations; support demonstrations, UAT, cutover and transition to client support teams.

Required skills and experience

- Robust Apex, SOQL and Lightning Web Components skills, with the ability to explain and demonstrate production-quality code.
- Understanding of Salesforce execution order, limits, bulkification, asynchronous processing and data modelling.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and component communication, with attention to usability and accessibility.
- Experience with Salesforce security controls, APIs and authentication, including safe handling of sensitive business data.
- Practical experience with unit testing, version control, deployment troubleshooting and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to estimate tasks, communicate blockers promptly and work constructively with functional consultants, testers and client stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer credentials; additional application-building or JavaScript credentials are beneficial.
- Experience extending Agentforce actions, building Experience Cloud interfaces or working with Data Cloud and Data 360.
- Experience with automated UI testing, release tools such as Copado or Gearset, and performance optimisation of existing Salesforce code.

Key deliverables

Reviewed source code, configured automation, reusable components, meaningful automated tests, deployment notes and technical support documentation.

Measures of success

- Features satisfy accepted business requirements and pass agreed code-quality, security and regression checks.
- Releases are predictable, with low avoidable defect escape and timely resolution of issues within the developer scope.
- Code remains understandable, testable and maintainable, with reusable patterns and complete technical handovers.
