- Design execute end-to-end campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications
- Build and optimize journeys using Journey Builder (entry sources, decision splits, goals, exits)
- Develop personalized experiences using AMPscript, Dynamic Content, and Content Builder
- Create responsive email templates using HTML/CSS best practices
- Manage automations via Automation Studio (data extracts, imports, SQL activities)
- Write and optimize SQL queries for segmentation and data management
- Develop Cloud Pages (landing pages, forms, preference centers, microsites)
- Integrate SFMC with Sales Cloud/CRM systems and external platforms
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, consent management, and opt-in/opt-out processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous optimization





u2705 Required Skills Experience

- ~5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Robust expertise in:
- Email Studio
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Content Builder
- Cloud Pages
- Mobile Studio
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS
- Experience with data extensions, contact models, and segmentation
- Integration experience with CRM systems and external data sources
- Strong understanding of campaign analytics and optimization
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (Email Specialist preferred)

- Experience with WhatsApp, SMS, and social integrations
