About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer with 3.5u20134 years of hands-on experience to join our growing technology team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, solution design, and customization, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

This role requires a professional who can take ownership of development initiatives, contribute to solution architecture discussions, and build robust Salesforce applications that align with business requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Coordinate with team members and support project delivery activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and release-related artifacts.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and external systems.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Experience with deployment tools and release management processes.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Solution Design Architecture
- Ability to understand business requirements and design effective Salesforce solutions.
- Experience contributing to technical design discussions and solution architecture.
- Understanding of scalable application design and Salesforce best practices.

Team Collaboration Skills
- Experience coordinating with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently manage assigned tasks and take ownership of deliverables.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain domain is preferred.

- Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud implementations.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
