This role contributes to client Salesforce consulting and delivery, working with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement, improve and support enterprise applications.

Role purpose

Teceze is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to ensure client delivery teams solve clearly defined business problems. You will connect stakeholders, processes and delivery requirements, maintain traceability from business objectives to accepted outcomes, and help users validate and adopt changes. This is a business analysis role requiring strong Salesforce literacy.

Key responsibilities

- Identify stakeholders, decision owners and users; plan discovery activities that capture both management objectives and day-to-day operational needs.
- Run interviews and workshops to document current processes, pain points, controls, exceptions and opportunities for improvement.
- Define future-state processes with business owners and consultants, documenting what changes in systems, responsibilities and ways of working.
- Write explicit user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules; identify nonfunctional needs and route technical questions to the appropriate specialists.
- Maintain traceability between business objectives, requirements, solution decisions, test scenarios and acceptance evidence.
- Support backlog prioritisation using business value, risk, dependencies and effort estimates provided by delivery teams.
- Analyse data definitions, quality issues and reporting requirements; validate that proposed measures reflect the intended business outcomes.
- Assess requirement changes,



clarify scope impacts and present options for stakeholder decisions without silently expanding delivery commitments.
- Plan and coordinate UAT, prepare representative scenarios, support users, triage defects and obtain documented acceptance from business owners.
- Support communications, training and adoption planning; assess post-release feedback and recommend improvements against the original objectives.

Required skills and experience

- Demonstrable experience taking requirements from discovery through delivery and acceptance on Salesforce or related CRM projects.
- Strong process modelling, user-story writing, acceptance-criteria definition and requirements traceability skills.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, permissions, Flow and reporting sufficient to discuss feasible business solutions.
- Ability to analyse datasets, identify inconsistent definitions and communicate the business impact of data quality problems.
- Experience with Agile delivery and work-management tools, including backlog refinement, change analysis and UAT coordination.
- Strong facilitation, written communication and stakeholder negotiation skills, including managing ambiguity and conflicting priorities.

Preferred qualifications

- Salesforce Business Analyst credentials or relevant recognised business analysis qualifications.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence and process-modelling applications.
- Experience analysing AI-assisted workflows, customer data use cases or industry-specific sales and service operations.

Stakeholder map, process models, requirements catalogue, prioritised user stories, traceability records, UAT plan and business acceptance evidence.

Measures of success

- Requirements are clear, testable and accepted by the appropriate owners before delivery, reducing avoidable clarification and rework.
- UAT covers priority workflows and exceptions, with documented decisions on defects and readiness.
- Business outcomes and adoption measures can be traced to delivered scope and reviewed meaningfully after launch.
