Role Description The Sales with account opening role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The role involves prospecting and engaging potential clients, explaining investment products such as stocks and mutual funds, and guiding them through the complete account opening process.

Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, collecting and verifying documentation, assisting with onboarding on trading platforms, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.



The role also requires maintaining relationships with existing clients, addressing queries, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. The individual will work towards sales targets while upholding regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive account openings and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience in Training clients on basic trading platform usage and investment processes.
- Knowledge of stock market investments, mutual funds, and trading concepts.
- Ability to manage documentation, KYC processes, and compliance requirements accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment in Mumbai.
- Basic proficiency with computer applications and online trading platforms.
