Job Summary

To serve as a single point of contact to the Institutional Sales Team for any service related issues. To function as a link between the team and inter department personnel (i. e customer service, operations etc). Actively engage in channel partners especially with Wealth Counters and help the team to focus on their major role and also enhance investor relationship.

Job Context/Job Challenges: Key Challenges for the role are as follows: 1. Servicing multiple Channel heads could call for high degree of multitasking and may result in time constrain in meeting expectations of clients/distributors. Unavailability of relevant information on time.

Key Result Areas

- Providing necessary information/ reports to Channel Partner and Team Timely meeting Team and Channel Partner requirements. Occasionally Visiting Key Service RM of Private Banks and Wealth Counter

Actively interacting with the Internal Team, distributors, RO, HO and CAMS





- Maintaining a proper correlation between Team and Distributors. Build internal channel, distributors. Provide structured feedback for current products service ideas. Performance Updates, Analysis, mailing and dispatches, database maintece. Preparing MIS for Entire Karnataka Region and sharing the same with Channel Head and Branch Managers

- Preparing reports for the business development Ensure to submit reports on time and accurately. Thus helping the team understand the performance at individual level
- To act according to compliance regulator procedures. Adhere to the compliance regulator procedures always.
