Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the pharmaceutical sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly.

- Develop effective sales strategies to increase product sales and market coverage.

- Guide team members regarding customer handling, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with the sales team and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, retailers, and other healthcare professionals.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

- Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies and procedures.

- Address team performance issues and take corrective actions when required.

- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
