- Counsel students and parents regarding research career paths (IAT, NEST, IISc, IISER, etc.)
- Understand student aspirations and guide them toward the right programs
- Build trust-based relationships with students and families
- Maintain and update CRM with lead details and follow-ups
- Track student interactions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with the support and academic teams for seamless communication
- Support presentations, webinars, and student demos
- Follow structured sales strategies and counseling processes
