Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Sales Staff member.

The Sales

Staff will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, demonstrating and promoting Nifipayments' products and services, and maintaining robust client relationships. Key tasks include achieving sales targets,



conducting market research, responding to client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored fintech solutions. Additionally, the Sales Staff will play a key role in reporting on sales performance and suggesting strategies for growth.

Qualifications

- Proven background in sales, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in market research and identifying business opportunities
- Basic knowledge of fintech products, payment gateways, and financial services
- Strong client relationship management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented approach and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in the fintech or payments sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
