Sales Specialist – The Whispering Woods

Job Location - Thane, Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong background in the hospitality industry to drive revenue and develop new business opportunities for The Whispering Woods.

The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, target-oriented, and confident in handling leads across multiple channels while building solid relationships with corporate clients, wedding clients, travel agents, and other business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new revenue streams and consistently work towards achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Handle and convert enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, chat, phone calls, and email.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed stays, events, weddings, corporate bookings, and other business opportunities.
- Proactively reach out to corporate clients, wedding planners, event companies, and agencies to generate business.
- Identify and onboard travel agents, DMCs, tour operators, and other travel partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and travel trade partners.




- Develop new sales channels and partnerships to increase bookings and overall revenue.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients within approved guidelines, and drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, conversions, and revenue generated.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth experience for confirmed clients and groups.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, wedding/event sales, or travel trade will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable handling sales through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, email, and online enquiries.
- Strong follow-up and conversion skills.
- Highly target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation.
- Existing relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, travel agents, or DMCs will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify new business opportunities.
