Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Gofibo Jewelry is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Specialist will welcome customers, present jewelry collections, explain product features, and support customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, handling inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining displays, and ensuring the showroom is well-organized and presentable. The role also involves building customer relationships, following up on leads, and participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.





Collaboration with the store team to support promotional activities and uphold company service standards is essential.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening, to engage with diverse customers and team members.
- Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming experience, handle concerns professionally, and build lasting client relationships.
- Sales skills to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding, share product knowledge, and help guide team performance when needed.
- Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, or jewelry sales is preferred, with familiarity in POS systems and basic sales reporting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and maintain a polished, skilled appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in sales, retail, or customer service are an advantage.
