About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, explaining IT products/software solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, emails, social media, references, and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential customers for IT products and software solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Give product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales.
- Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the technical/support team for smooth onboarding and implementation.




- Stay updated about market trends, competitors, and new IT solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers, software, and IT products.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
