Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Recovery role based in Bijnor. The position involves identifying prospective customers, promoting vehicle and asset finance products, and converting leads into successful loan applications.

The role includes managing existing customer accounts, monitoring repayments, and conducting follow-ups to ensure timely collections and minimize delinquencies. The team member will handle recovery activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborate with branch staff to achieve sales and collection targets.



The role also includes providing basic product guidance to customers, supporting resolution of customer issues, and participating in local marketing or outreach initiatives as required.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities to generate leads, close deals, and meet branch-level targets.
- Experience in Training or mentoring team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and recovery practices.
- Basic understanding of finance or lending processes, especially in vehicle or asset financing.
- Ability to work in office in Bijnor, manage field visits, and handle recovery activities professionally and ethically.
- Good negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with maintaining documentation and using basic computer applications for reporting.
- Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial services is an advantage; relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
