Associate- Sales Operation

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Backend Operations Specialist to join our growing sales team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales processes, supporting the sales team, and maximizing sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM systems, data analysis, and sales administration, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency

Your responsibilities

- Manage sales documentation and maintain organized records.
- Prepare, process, and manage all sales-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and for.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding backend operational matters. Investigate and resolve client grievances in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team,



including data entry, report generation, and scheduling.
- Conduct thorough KYC verification for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Skill sets/Experience we require:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales backend operations or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
