Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire customers for Personal Loans.
- Drive monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
- Source business through DSA, DST, direct sales and open-market activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market visits and identify recent business opportunities.
- Explain loan products, eligibility and documentation requirements to customers.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and quality sourcing.
- Maintain daily sales reports and track the sales pipeline.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Min 1 year of experience in Personal Loan / Retail Loan / Banking sales.
- Experience in field sales, DSA/DST or direct sourcing preferred.
