Job Title: Sales Officer Ho Re Ca

Location: 1)South Mumbai 2) Thane

Experience : Minimum 3 years in HORECA sales in South Mumbai and Thane

Industry: FMCG / Food & Beverage / Food Service / Ho Re Ca

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business from Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens and Institutions. Identify prospective customers and convert leads into regular business. Manage existing Ho Re Ca accounts and ensure repeat orders. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings across Mumbai. Develop relationships with Chefs, Purchase Managers, Procurement Heads, F& B Managers and Restaurant Owners. Conduct product presentations, sampling and demonstrations where required. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales. Coordinate with distributors, logistics and internal teams for timely order and delivery. Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products and market trends. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Maintain customer database, sales pipeline and daily/weekly sales reports. Provide regular market feedback and sales forecasts to the reporting manager.

Graduate in any discipline





• Hotel Management / MBA in Sales &

• Marketing will be an added advantage. Minimum 3 years of experience in Ho Re Ca / Food Service / FMCG / Food &

• Beverage sales. Good knowledge of the Mumbai Ho Re Ca market. Existing contacts with hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers or institutional customers will be preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach. Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai. Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM/sales reporting. Hindi and English communication skills are required

• Marathi will be an advantage.

Salary: Maximum gross up to 45 K PM + Allowances

Travel: TA/DA or travel allowance as per company policy
