- Responsible for generating new leads for Home Loans through field visits, market visits, references, networking, and other sources.
- Identify and approach potential customers who are looking for Home Loan and related financial products.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets through effective sourcing and regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong network of customers, property dealers, builders, and other referral sources.
- Responsible for mapping the assigned Area/Geography and identifying new business opportunities.
- Responsible for regular follow-up with generated leads and converting them into potential customers.




- Maintain good relationships with all assigned and identified sources in the allotted geography/area.
- Maintain proper reports related to lead generation, customer follow-ups, sales, and other activities in the prescribed format.

Candidate Profile:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to work in field sales and travel within the assigned area.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of sales/field sales experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
