Role Description The Sales & Marketing Associate role is a remote position based in , India, with work-from-home flexibility. The associate will support business development by identifying prospects, nurturing client relationships, and promoting JCA’s legal-tech and industrial solutions across key markets globally, essentially in the middle east. Daily tasks include executing sales campaigns, assisting in marketing initiatives, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to align sales activities with strategic objectives.





The role involves handling or diverting customer inquiries to JCA designated staff, providing product and service information, collecting feedback, and contributing to training materials or sessions that enhance client understanding and engagement. The associate will also track performance metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate on market research to refine go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally, manage inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated abilities in Sales and Sales & Marketing to drive lead generation, conversion, and support brand positioning.
- Experience in Training or participation in training initiatives to support client onboarding and internal knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; familiarity with B2B or professional services environments is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset, ethical conduct, and interest in legal-tech, industrial solutions, or international trade are highly beneficial.
