- Drive insurance business through assigned bank branches and achieve monthly/annual business targets.

- Manage and develop relationships with bank branch teams to maximize customer acquisition and cross-selling opportunities.

- Lead, coach and monitor the banca sales team to ensure productivity and consistent performance.

- Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, campaigns and branch-level business plans.
